What is snoring?
Snoring is the involuntary, shortening of the breathing interval (as in breathing quicker or slower). It is commonly experienced by those with chronic heart or lung disease.
Snoring is an annoyance to those who suffer from it. Many people with chronic snoring are constantly trying to fix it. It is hard to know what to do because you are constantly being told what you are supposed to do. Snoring can also cause pain in the chest, or in the jaw and throat when breathing is difficult. Some people with chronic snoring also complain of chest or throat pain.
Many of the remedies are not helpful and even can make the symptoms worse. So, you need to take a good look at these alternatives and get a good diagnosis. I was given a list of remedies that I needed to try, which included: Caffeine, Benadryl, and Chlorpromazine. The first remedy seemed very reasonable. I put these in a spray bottle, and sprayed it on the side of my mouth, while brushing my teeth. My nose started to hurt. I checked my body temperature every ten minutes, and every time it was normal. The next remedy was very questionable. I put this in a spray bottle. It was supposed to stay on my head for several minutes.
